What is Wing Chun?


The Wing Chun system is a very affective system using your hands, wrist, hips and elbows. All concepts are defensive and offensive minded.  We use energy that flows that I call the 3 “C’s”:  


CONNECT, CONFORM and CONTROL


Once you understand these principles, you can become very effective in self-defense using Wing Chun.

Wing Chun Kung Fu specializes in aggressive close range combat!


Mr. Moss teaches all three forms in the Wing Chun System:


1.  Sil Lim Tao - Little Idea

2.  Chum Kiu - Building the Bridge

3.  Bil Gee - Thrusting fingers


We also train techniques with stick fighting and nunchucks.
